About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the interests and needs of school-age children.
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
- Encourage positive social interactions and foster teamwork through group activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom dynamics.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and program offerings.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current in educational practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school-age children in an educational setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic demeanor.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
