About Our School
Richard and Gigi founded Parent’s Choice Early Child Development Center in August of 1993 after struggling to find the loving, high-quality care they desired for their own children. They understood firsthand that if you don’t feel completely confident and at peace about where your child is each day, it makes every goodbye that much harder.

From the very beginning, their vision was simple yet powerful: families deserve a place they can trust wholeheartedly — a place where children receive exceptional early education in a safe, nurturing, and genuinely loving environment.

More than three decades later, Parent’s Choice remains proudly family-owned and operated by the Foerster family. What began as a personal mission has grown into a lasting commitment to serving families with excellence, integrity, and heart.

We are also deeply intentional about who joins our team. While the wellbeing of our children is always our highest priority, we equally strive to build the most family-oriented team in the area. We believe that when educators feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow, they create the strongest foundation for the children in their care. At Parent’s Choice, we care about YOU. We want you to thrive, to develop professionally, and to feel like an integral part of something meaningful.

We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into the Parent’s Choice family — where children are cherished, educators are supported, and families are at the heart of everything we do.

Note: We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity in our workforce. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
