At Under the Magic Pine Tree, we are an early learning program grounded in a Reggio-inspired approach. Our classrooms are calm, intentional, and designed with natural materials and open-ended experiences that invite children to explore, think, and create.

We are currently hiring a full-time teacher (Lead or Lead-Track) for our Gardnerville location.

You will be expected to:

  •  Provide structure, consistency, and clear guidance for children 
  •  Work with confidence and professionalism throughout the day 
  •  Contribute to the strength and stability of the classroom 
  •  Grow into leading a classroom with support and coaching

About the Role
  •  Full-time position: Monday-Friday
  • Compensation: $15-$16/hour to start depending on experience 
  • You will play a key role in maintaining the structure, flow, and consistency of the classroom each day 
  • This role includes real responsibility within the classroom, not just support tasks 
  • You will work alongside a team while taking ownership of your role and contributing to the overall strength of the environment 
  • Clear pathway to step into a Lead Teacher position as you demonstrate readiness
