Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate Christian curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Plan and conduct activities to meet the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children
- Observe and assess children's development and progress
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a preschool setting
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a preschool setting
- 12 Credit Hours in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young children
