At Precious Angels Christian Academy (PACA), we are more than a childcare center—we are a Christ-centered environment committed to developing children, supporting families, and building strong foundations for life.
We are currently hiring Lead Teachers for our Infant, Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-K classrooms. This position is for individuals who are ready to take ownership of a classroom, lead with excellence, and be part of a purpose-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a classroom according to age group standards
- Implement daily curriculum and structured learning activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Ensure compliance with licensing rules, ratios, and center policies
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Support team members and overall center operations as needed
Non-Negotiable Expectations:
- Attendance & Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required
- Phone Usage: Personal phone use during work hours is not permitted (outside of approved use)
- Teachability: Must be open to correction, direction, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Education (Preferred):

- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (preferred)
- Completion of Early Childhood Education coursework (preferred)
- Previous experience working in a licensed childcare center or classroom setting is a plus
We value both education and experience, but most importantly, we are looking for individuals who are teachable, dependable, and aligned with our values and expectations.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $41,600.00 per year
